Andre is a business savvy public affairs professional and entrepreneur with twenty years experience in government, politics and business. Andre has developed and executed successful lobbying, public relations and business development strategies for start-ups, Fortune 500 companies, small not-for-profits, large industry associations, unions and political campaigns. Comfortable in front of the camera, Andre has made guest appearances on YNN’s Capital Tonight (Time Warner Cable) offering his communications and political analysis.

Andre is a former speechwriter and policy staffer for Governor George E. Pataki, former VP at Fleishman Hillard Government Relations and Mercury Public Affairs, was a Partner at Capitol Group, LLC, sits on the board of Armor Dynamics, Inc., and is the founder and Managing Partner of PC Public Affairs. Andre graduated from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh with a BA in Political Science and successfully completed the New England Senior Executives Program at the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.
