Director of Media Relations
Jason has over 15 years of experience in broadcast media and although he heads up the firm’s Director of Media Relations, he still finds time on the weekends to appear as a guest DJ on one of the country’s best known independently owned Alternative Rock stations — WEQX out of Manchester, Vermont. Jason has excelled as on-air host and event emcee for both radio and television.
Skilled at booking high profile guests throughout his career, Jason has interviewed famous celebrities such as the late Rapper/Actor Tupac Shakur, The Godfather of Soul James Brown, Metallica, Comedian Dane Cook, Jillian Michaels from NBC’s The Biggest Loser, Tommy Chong (from Cheech and Chong), and Sam Adams Beer founder Jim Koch.
Jason’s years on music and talk radio, combined with his television journalism experience, have allowed him to cultivate a vast network of media relationships. His ability to navigate behind the scenes gives him and his clients a competitive advantage over traditional public relations professionals.
With a true passion for writing, Jason possesses an unparalleled ability to draft and deliver concise, impactful messages in high-exposure settings. He enjoys designing multi-media presentations and concepts for large scale concerts and festivals, product endorsements, fundraisers and political campaigns.
Jason has hosted capacity crowd events at the Times Union Center, Palace Theatre, Proctors Theatre, Saratoga Performing Arts Center, and he has served as the emcee for the NYS Special Olympics Torch Run.
Jason has done voice-over work for companies like Apple, Molson, Madison Square Garden and many more. Jason possesses a unique skill set rarely found in a strategic communications expert.
Jason earned a B.A. in English/Broadcast Journalism from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh, and is currently certified as a New York State Private School Instructor for Media Studies. He was named one of The Business Review’s Top 40 Under 40 Leaders in the Capital District for his accomplishments in broadcasting, teaching, and volunteer work.
