Ross has extensive experience representing multiple large beverage distribution companies, advising ownership and management on supplier distribution agreements and relationships, alcohol licensing, transportation issues, trade practice and corporate compliance under the NYS Alcoholic Beverage Control Law, and industry specific personnel and staffing matters.
